My setup for Arachne 1.66 also uses the new InSight 3.51, as it should.
Curiously, my setup will not automatically decode PK.ZIP attachments sent
to me by Ron unless I should first modify my ARACHNE.CFG for
"MailEncoding UUENCODE" prior to downloading my messages from Ron.
