Well, you're right. The new hardware could run an emulator.
But I think that's impractical because my view of the new hardware is
a bit unusual - even extreme.

The new hardware (already designed) would run some ultaRISC software as
sort of a "boot". The final OS would much prefer to use an EXTERNAL box
to run the "foreign" programs.

I'm sure you get the picture. <G>
