Hi Pete;
You could just shell and run PKunzip. But, I understand what you meant.

That function is already built into Arachne, just not enabled.
You must obviously have PKunzip available to make it work and Michael can
neither ship it or depend on you having it. 

In mime.cfg just remove the ";" comment marks from the line(s) specifying
action to be taken for .zip files. I can't be more specific right now cuz
I can't see mime.cfg.  I'm sure Glenn will come up with the exact syntax
but I think you can use .wav as an example.
