I think the Corel CD still has a utility called 'rawrite' which will do the
job of creating a
floppy image from a CD at the *DOS* prompt. Look in
[CDROM]\col\tools\rawrite for
program and documentation. Seems the easiest way to go for most dos user in
this list.
