Hello folks:
I'm very sad to say that DialFree appears to be just another fly-by-night
outfit. They get your credit card number and they collect other personal
information about you and then they are gone.
I haven't received any of their survey forms in a couple of months.
If you want to know the last I've heard from them, then please see
the forwarded message appended below. The message is most ambiguous
and contradictory as to whether they are really offering anything for
free.

In addition to this excellent offer from our friends at WorldShare we
will continue to seek out new and innovative ways to provide free
service.
We are actively looking for a new survey provider at this time and will
be providing advertising based access in the near future. Until we are
able to provide these services reliably we will be lowering our current
monthly fee to $15.50. We will continue to provide 24 Hour Toll free

additional email accounts and web space.
We look forward to working with WorldShare to provide you with the
service that you need.
