A company may drop its toll-free customer service number in favor of a
regular long-distance number in order to save money, but then they would pay the
final bill if they were solvent. So now it looks like 1nol won't be coming to
my local dialing area. Their many geographical gaps will widen into one
all-encompassing gap.
