If you D/L the 25MB 32bit-windows install.... 
It creates a set of files within the Windoze file system.
It also creates a boot menu from which you choose to boot Win or QNX
If you choose to boot QNX, you will be in QNX (not Win)

If you D/L the 95MB CD-ROM image file and then install QNX from the
resulting CD.....
 You can then choose to do the above. Or you may choose to install QNX
to it's own partiition. In which case you must have 500MB or more of disk
space available for the QNX install program to create a new partition.
(the same holds true if you buy the CD from them)
