Hi Ross;

Sorry, but this is the case.
I think you followed the instructions properly, but that function is
not available in 1.47. Try one of the 1.6x versions. If you have some
desire to maintain the "old" look, (the dialpage) that is mostly a matter
of just copying the old PPP_INIT.htm to you new installation.
Some editing will be required for best results, but it will work as is.

The biggest problem will be using the old Arachne.cfg. Some variable names
have changed and some have been added. Path names have changed. I can try
to help with the switchover if you decide to "upgrade".
It's not like a windows upgrade. It's no bigger and you don't have to buy
a faster computer with more memory.

I am familiar with the desire to resist "upgrades". I wouldn't want you
to feel anyone is forcing you to change. But, if you want/need the goodies,
there is only one way to get them.
I'm using DOS 3.3. There are no "goodies" for me in most later versions
that would warrant the loss of high memory. Well, maybe 5.0 is worth it.

I'm in Hamilton, Ontario. For those outside of Ontario, Hamilton is about
45 units (30 US) south of Toronto.

p.s. When you DO get a version that supports CCing to a list, you must
place an "@" in front of the list name in the CC line.
