Hello Neil:

It probably came through as a Base 64 encoded file, rather than as random
letters and numbers.  Your mailer probably just failed to handle it
properly.  If this is the case, and if you have saved the message, you can
decode the attachment by running a program named MIME64.EXE, or some other
MIME decoder that you probably have in your computer somewhere.
