Hello L.D.,

Thank you for your message, I thought I would respond to you on it. What
you received does not indicate that our mail servers are listed as an Open
Relay. We did check the mail-abuse.org database and confirmed this. We
have insured that our servers are configured correctly as to not allow this
practice.

The message indicates that the mail servers for the person sending the
message are a listed Open Relay and that is why the message was rejected as
possibly being spam. The person can simply send what they received back to
their service provider and request that they fix the problem. We did
investigate their service and they have been "in and out" of the list. It
appears that they have recently fixed their problem per the database which
reflects it as being corrected as of 4:18 PST on 10/3/00.

I hope this addresses your concern.

John

Subject: Fw: Delivery failure ([EMAIL PROTECTED])

This message, forwarded to me via a mailing list because direct messages
cannot get to me, came as quite a surprise.

It was my understanding that go-concepts.com has placed some very
effective firewalls, to prevent 3rd party forwarding via SMTP servers,
well over a year ago! Now the servers have been tested and alledgedly
found to be capable of forwarding for spammers.

The URL within the message will explain the entire program, and you
*may* be able to contact them even though they won't AFAIK reply to
anyone on this URL.

For some assurance that you will be able to get through with any
messages, you may wish to establish an e-mail account on a 3rd party
server like Yahoo.com.
