Depends on which screen it is.
Some can be changed by changing the file that's loaded, if you are talking
about the images on screen you'll need to make new ones. And some will
require that you rewrite the programs used (wwwman.exe for instance).

That's in apm.txt - and it's much much easier than writing in Basic IMO.
