Hello Chuck:

It is possible that she might have sent the message to a mailing list
that includes your email address in the list of recipients.  She might
have set up a mailing list in which her name is the filename of the
list of recipients.  There are many email programs that will provide
such a feature.  In the message headers you will see on the "To:" line
only the filename of the list of recipients.
