The moron spammer is full of baloney.  First of all, the victim should 
never have to proactively unsubscribe from something he did not subscribe 
to in the first place.

Second, many ISP's and antispam orgs say you should NEVER write to an 
unsub mailbox, because chances are the spammer will simply take it as 
confirmation that his spam reached a valid address, and add your address 
to a sucker list that he will sell to other spammers.

Therefore, when I see an unsubscribe mailbox such as the 
"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" in the example above, I do report it and try to 
get it closed down.
