It's down again here too. The last time it lasted the better part
of a week. I'm not sure how it works. As far as I know, 1nol and
the other "free" ISP's rent leased dialup lines (POPs). Why are
the owners (popsite.net in my case) of the POPs refusing logins
from 1nol?
