 Yes, I've encountered this problem on other pages as well.
Arachne can't "tab" past an image-map.

For this particular page. http://www.auctionwatch.com/
Press F5 so that your buttons will be down the right side of the screen.
You'll now be able to "tab to" the text input box.
(the page will now require horizontal scrolling to see the entire image-map)

 I've just tried it in 640x480, 800x600 and 1024x768
It still won't work in 1024x768 becuase the entire image-map is still on
the screen.

Option 2:
Scroll vertically to get that image-map off the top of the screen.
