  Those are the commands you need to type after having
opened a telnet connection to port 80 if you don't have
the convenience of looking in a *.htt file.  They're 
supposed to be rendered as in the first example.

  It's an old page.  Things change.
  Microsoft was apparently somewhat embarassed about 
having people believe it was using Unix, so had 
talkcity change the aliasing so it would be evident 
that M$ wasn't running the server itself, but merely 
leasing from talkcity.
