Thanks to Glenn and all others who kindly pointed various ways...

I now have a 'purty pickchure' button working on my site. I didn't NEED
it for me; I did it to prove to a snotnosed javasnit pushing only
stubborn users who refuse to upgrade can't use the form alledged
webmaster ... and his boss.

He got nasty that I should expect to use a page that had 6 perfectly
fine pages leading there, but couldn't submit the form because at that
point he used javasnit. He declared he hoped I was satisfied because
now everyone would see just the plain ol' SUBMIT button, when what they'd
wanted was for it to be pretty.

I went ballistic when he said the only reason for j'snit was a pretty
picture! I told him that even being a neophyte I was sure I ccould find
a way to do it, and just let me know if he needed help. [I also told
him that if my letter, and offers of help pleased him, he could ship me
a new Win9x computer with 15" monitor ... let me know & I'd give him
address.

Today I sent a message saying "I knew it could be done" cc to boss again
Referred him to my membership application page by direct URL, told him
to feel free to download the code, and if he wanted I could point him to
some places that had the info and tutorials on forms under HTML 4.0

The "boss" is the author of the "Fly On The Wall" cartoon series, and
this is one time I'd really like to BE a fly on the wall when boss gets
message and follows link and then inquires of Webmaster why he was lied
to ....

I'm nasty and I LUV it!!
