I don't know about Procmail being ported; it's been a long time since I spent any time on the admin.net-abuse.email forum. But there *is* a filtering program for DOS ... it was written by one of the people who was on the Nettamer list a couple of years back. Who? I dunno. Where? I dunno. I don't remember if it filtered between ISP & client or after. I don't think it would make much difference, since the mail has to be LISTed to screen or download either way.
