Do a search on your HD for BMP2GIF.txt. <g>
The general command line is:
BMP2GIF [input.bmp] [output.gif]
Both names can contain paths, and if you leave off the output name it
defaults to an extension change on the input name.
There is more - but only an option to make one color transparant.
