be able to handle onClick ??

I've found a site that actually will run without the primary script, and
Arachne finds all the overlays and prints them below the main graphic.
But onClick= doesn't work, so overlays can't be moved to overlay the
map. Since it's a local weather watch/warning map, I really would like
to be able to use it. [Yeah, the tornado missed town last night, but I'd
like to be able to check this site. Yesterday right after the twister
was reported a lot of places lost phone & electricity. That means my
weather radio wouldn't work if batteries decided to fail just then. But
with UPS and cable/fiberoptics link to ISP, and ISP with generators, I
could still access the web for about 15 minutes totat usage on the
battery.

So It would be nice ...
