Three items on the page are doing it.
1) the text input fields eat-up about 200 bytes per visit
2) the select tags eat-up about 10kb per visit
3) the textarea eats-up about 15kb with each visit

Yes, you are correct in that assumption.
"IP_Address PPP" now works even when the packet driver is loaded high.
