Hello Arachnids: In a very recent post dated Mon, 20 Nov 2000 04:14:08 +1000 Ben Hood, <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> referred us to a URL which explains the "begin bug", as it known in certain Micro$oft mailers. See http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q265/2/30.ASP Unlike the Arachne version of the "begin bug", the Micro$oft version won't get you unless you start a line with the word "begin" followed by two spaces. Neither will the bug bite you if you start a line with the word "Begin", using upper case. It would probably be very easy for Michael to make some very minor changes in Arachne's code so as to make Arachne's "begin bug" to behave like the Micro$oft version of the bug. If Arachne's code were changed in this manner, then the number of instances in which we Arachnids should become attacked by the bug would be minimized. If the above proposal were implemented, the "begin bug" would become considerably more tame, although not totally docile. To completely eradicate this species of bug might be too difficult, or it might involve too many changes in the code so as to stress the memory resources.
