I was wondering how old LSPPP.EXE was because it didn't allow a 
baud rate > 19200.  I went to the Web page and found it was current, and that
the maximum baud rate was improved to 57600, still one step short of the desired
115200, and LSPPP.EXE was considered alpha software.  Maybe not quite ready for
Arachne, or perhaps it could be used by Arachne users in an experimental mood.
It appears LSPPP.EXE could be downloaded separately and used for Arachne without 
being included in the Arachne package.
