Here's the problem with the .PNGs in question......

 As you can see... they have the server set to send .PNG as text/html

WRONG, WRONG, WRONG !!! <VBG>

I have no explanation as to why LD could not find PNG2BMP.EXE.....

 Here's a directory listing of the "fresh install" I've just now made of
both v1.66 and v1.67

command line... xdir k:\ /s>l:\result.txt
As we can plainly see... it *is* there in both self installing files.
(archn166.exe and archn167.exe)
