Michael & dev'team:

This is a very good hint as to what was/is broken in 1.67 ...

I was getting the same response, more times than not, when I accessed
the nbci servers ... directly or via the redirect from snap.com

When I saw Sam's response to Eric I did a quick check myself -- with the
installation of 1.68 I now have [completely?] up and running.

With 1.68 I had no such problem, no messages ref non-HTTP compliant.
With 1.66 Sam had no such problem.
With 1.67 Eric had the problem.
With 1.67 I had the problem.

I normally would not have believed it was possible for Arachne to send a
message that wasn't compliant, particularly when all I was doing was
following a link given by the site being visited. I even told NBC as
much. <durrrrrr>

But it seems it *is* possible. Two of us, with two different systems,
have had the same problem.

Food for thought???
