It defines the look of the arachne toolbar ;)))
you maybe don't know it, because it is IMHO invisible with lower
resolutions ...
If you have the lookout selected where the buttons are in the upper left
corner, and the arachne logo in the upper right corner, than the toolbar is
the thing in between them ....
