I don't know what's wrong, but 1.68 has suddenly started locking up tighter than a drum [well, actually, the 3-finger salute still works] when it's time to use inbox.dgi -- InSight starts to prepare index [at least I think that's what it's trying to do] and then everything is frozen tight. Any mail folders work just fine. Sent mail works, outbox works. All settings are correct, TEMP directory exists, ARACHNE.TMP exists if I start somewhere other than inbox.dgi However, if I attempt to start Arachne with inbox.dgi as home page, the process doesn't even get as far as ARACHNE.TMP being created. I'm going to try a reinstall and see if I can get this things working. Inbox started acting up last night, and I simply said THWI ... After each lockup, going back to Arachne *does* produce the error lock page, so something does get done before lockup? l.d.
