Sam,
In a word, yes!
I was re-reading my PartitionMagic manual last night and was going to send
you a private message, but, "Shooting War" came on TV.
Quoting from PartitionMagic manual: "Drive overlays, such as Ontrack DDO,
Microhouse EZ-Drive or Pro-Drive, Maxblast, WD DDO and Seagate DDO, provide
your computer with access to larger disk drives. PartitionMagic is
compatible with these programs only if the drive overlay program is loaded
before PartitionMagic.
If you boot your computer from a diskette, the overlay will not load, and
PartitionMagic will not get the correct information from your drive. You can
boot from a diskette and still load the drive overlay by completing the
following: [3-steps follow.]"

I have a question about this program.
Question: Can partition magic be used to partition a disk that has
already been set up with an overlay program? (By "overlay program"
I am referring to those special programs that are provided by HDD
manufacturers to overcome the BIOS limitations in recognizing large
partitions.)<<
