1.69 out

Downloaded and installed A1.69.  As with every release after A1.66, she
will not sign on to the database at EBSCO.COM.  Arachne also reported,
under DOZE 3.1, that she lacked some 6K of conventional memory and declined
to run; but she will run under straight DOS.  First time that issue has
come up.
