Registration info bug

With my install of 1.69 the registration information available
from the page where you can enter a signature for email crashes
the system requiring a reboot.

Under "Options" click on "Personal" (I think it is) and go to the
place where you fill in your signature text. Click on "registration
info" and Arachne crashes.

I can go to that file manually, but clicking on it results in a
crash.

The link works in 1.52 and 1.68.
