   Sadly, not so.

I did a full, NEW install, on a different drive. No cross-links at
all.

Cache index does not work, either from the Utilities ikon, or from a
customised hot key (Shift+F5).

I HATE the framed dial page. Even if the hints are "hidden", they
come back next time arachne is started. Worse, after saving a profile,
this frame set overwrites itself, so there are double HINTs frame and
the Dial-panel is spread all the way across the screen - looks really
bad.

I can remove this problem by usng the old ppp-dial.htm page from a
1.66 and renaming it to what is now called, but that wouldn't be an
option for someone looking at Arachne for the first time.

I am now off to test run A1.69 on the net. Let's see how she runs.

Regards,
        Ron
