It shows the profile that the current ACF or Arachne.cfg was based on. I
always open the ACFs in my text editor and find the line marked
"Profile". In six.acf, I change it to "Profile six.acf", and keep doing
the same for the other acf profiles. What's read from this line is what
shows in the profile box on the dialer page.
