I don't see why no one is trying my GETnLOAD.zip. :(
GET gets all your personally modified files zipped into an overgrade pkg.
The first time may take a bit of personal effort to flag your modified
Arachne pages, but after that it's 100% automatic.
LOAD initializes all the archive flags and overwrites all the Arachne files
in your new install with files from the overgrade .zip EXCEPT if the file in
the new install has a later date than your modified file.
Two lists are sent to a log. The names of all your modified files and the
names of all files overwritten.
This allows you to examine the newer versions before deciding to trash them
manually.
I can't tell if there are any user interface problems if no one complains. <G>
