Christof,
It *IS* mainly Arachne v 1.69's fault. It is not a screwup by we users,
it is a flaw in Arachne core.exe, a refusal/inability to load certain
things when they are supposed to be loaded -- in this particular case it
is frames.
A number of us have very carefully tested this problem and have had no
problem duplicating it with v1.69 -- and we're very careful not to
"click all over the place where we're not supposed to."
