Hi Eric:
I figured I could do that, but it would be nice if I could
transfer the DOS operating system files from the floppy to
the hard drive without permanently disturbing the WIN 95
installation, and then simply undo my DOS installation by
booting to a WIN 95 system floppy and "re-sysing" the hard
drive. This might be a risky undertaking. Anybody want to
go first? If it works, then we are in luck. If it doesn't
work, then we will have to do another re-reading of the
principles expounded by Murphy. I think I have proposed a
good idea, but can anything go wrong? Hmmmm....
