Visual Basic for DOS

I believe Sam expressed an interest in VB for DOS.

It's available from a site that was mentioned at
Arachne Chat recently, along with some other
interesting DOS software that could be described
as abandonware.

My local library service has no trouble supplying
textbooks for the earlier versions of Visual Basic.
