Ron,
I've found that they make beautiful tree decorations! The simplest way
is to score them thru' the middle and glue the label sides together with
a string loop to hang them by. Drives some birds crazy with the moving
rainbows generated.
I have a whole stack I'm saving for experimental work. Since I now have
a proper 'cutter' for lexan [like a glass cutter but different] and a
work bench and nice huge big t-square, etc., I'm going to attempt
angular constructs, maybe even big stars or whatever from multiple
pieces of multiple CDs. I also have the option of using color to set
off a design, cuz I have a friend saving all his screwed up 'writable
CDs' for me... a nice azure in color. <G>
To date I've used a flexible hot glue but it's a bit bulky. I haven't
yet tried Elmer's or carpenter glue, and any super glue that actually
holds anything also holds skin ...
suggestions??
l.d.
