Actually, if you try to get to the web page in the URL by links from the
top page at www.ou.org, you will find that the link is really
https://www.ou.org/forms/jewishaction.htm
which of course Arachne cannot display at all. I edited the "s" out to
see what was on the page. I have done that before with other https links,
and there were two possible results: Either I could see the page, or I
would be redirected back to the https. Never saw one like this before.
