Hi Barry -

I use IBM's PC DOS7, with y2k fixes.  It includes Rexx support & what looks to be some 
of the Central Point Software tools like RamBoost.  Anyhow, I like it & it's still 
supported 
by IBM.  You could probably pick it up  cheap on eBay or some such.
