"Streaming" is not as hard as it sounds. If I got it right, its basicly simply means being able to play the data from a file, while the file is incomplete and is still downloading. Its just like the way JPG and GIF in Netscape works: where it slowly show up as you download it. Packet drivers and internet programs exist on DOS for a very long time now. MP3 players are availble as well, and they dont need alot. All you have to do now is to combine them together..
