Could you offer a link to a page/server that has this? I've noticed on
some pages (when I don't look before I click) that IE 5.x (used at
uni.) says that Japaneese pages require some kind of downloadable extra to
be usable. Personlly I somehow doubt that would help me understand it ;-)
