Yes, the hotlist mgr can, but I don't like to use it. My problem with the
hotlist mgr is that it arbitrarily reorders the list, putting all http
links first, then all ftp's, then other stuff... I don't like that. If I
put an ftp link near the top then that's where it should stay.
