I think the line in AUTOEXEC.BAT loading the packet driver is only for LAN
connection, which would include cable modem. If you dial PPP connection from
outside Arachne, you would put Connection READY in ARACHNE.CFG but not put the
packet driver loading program in AUTOEXEC.BAT.
