Well, not exactly. If the precondition isn't correct (as specified in the
clr.bat file) then the result is undefined and may be dangerous. However
testing would probably not hurt, although a bit useless...

I haven't tested it either but it looks ok. Still I'm not certain if I
think that this change is required or not... From one point of view it
isn't required since you aren't supposed to change that line in mime.cfg to
not confirm with what clr.bat wants, on the other hand those tests doesn't
take much time to do.

BTW: I could say "I told you so" to L.D here ;-)
