Cascading Style Sheets
It's a method to define special attributes to certain HTML tags.
Eg H1 is allways displayed with a special font.
You can share a .css file with many .html files, so you will have the same
style on all pages.
IMHO you can do also much other stuff with CSS.
There should be plenty of information on the web about it.
