A 1.70 crashes with my page :(

 I downloaded Arachne 1.70 and after making my settings I decided to try
copy of my site from my local HDD (offline) and surprise I take :

Memory allocation error - Illegal xSwap operation at line 354 of file URLOVRL.C!

Press any key to continue ...

 Of course I pressed any key <G> and view the well known Arachne Fatal
Error. First I try restart Arachne, but the result was the same, even when
I restart my PC. In fact only index.htm (attached file) crashes Arachne,
other files from my site, which have almost the same design and Style (I
use CSS as you can see in the file) can be open without problems. I didn't
try online, but I think it will be the same result.
 Arachne works on my 486DX/33MHz with 20MB RAM in 640/480 16 color mode.
There is no problem with opening site with 1.69 .

 The other problem that I see in new version with CSS is that if specify
in Style for example "hover {color: red;}" not all links changing color
when mouse is over ?!?!? First I think that is some my fault, but even in
Arachne help (F1) the line with link "keywords.txt" doesn't change it's
color, all other change - is it only me ?? Is it depends on color mode -
16 colors ??

 In fact I really like CSS and have to say one more time :
