Abit limited, but seems to work without a problem. It cant read the configuration file and extract data from it yet, so you always set it up from default. I'll add the data extraction soon. For now it let you handle just about all the important settings quite easily, and save it into the file. I really recommend backing up the original jpIRC configuration file before using this program, because the new .INI file that it generate do not have the remarks and instructions that the original file has.
