Apparently it *is* a new bug!! Those lines can be generated using the
internal editor, if add stuff in the middle of the line, or have a hard
space at the end of the line you don't see.
But I'm aware of that and don't *knowingly* allows such lines to go out.
On this sending, the top two lines end on col 71 with wordwrap, and 3rd
line ends on col 43 with period. Line above ends on col 71
