    Confirmed, and for the few previous versions.   Michael IS aware of
it, he posted that it is a bug in frame rendering or something similar.
I am sure he will fix it in due course.

    I get around it by changing the DialPage setting in Arachne.cfg to
ppp_init.htm     That give me back the previous, non-framed, dial page.
Which I much prefer, anyway.

    I Like the sticky F5 key, and I get to use the thin configuration with
long URL line again in 1.70 rev 3.  Thanks, Michael.   :)
