Arachne 1.70, version three, (previous ones as well) crashes every
time at http://www.newdealinc.com. Pretend you want to buy New Deal
Office online and click through"buy it now" to the online store and
you get a list of options such as "single use license" and "upgrade
from Geos". These options all have "css" in the url followed by a
number. Arachne will download the page and then lock up while
showing "verifying" on the status bar.
One would think that a company that specializes in software for
low end hardware would have a website that would work with Arachne.
Maybe the site doesn't even work with the New Deal Browser.
Anybody want to check this out?
By the by, the New Deal site does say that Java script support is
"under development" for its browser.
Unfortunately Java script support seems to have become a necessity.
There are just too many sites that use it now to consider a browser
really useful without it.
Wonder how Michael is doing with it?
